Our fitness classes are a blend of strength, cardio, and mobility exercises to challenge your body and enhance your overall health and performance. With our highly specialized programming by performance physical therapists, incorporating injury prevention and movement optimization. Leading to improved cardiovascular health and lean muscle mass (more muscle, less fat) linking to a lower risk of all-cause mortality. Our classes are capped at 10 participants per class to allow for individual attention.
