We understand that there is more to health than just exercise. In order to help our clients truly improve their health and reach their wellness goals, we offer individualized nutrition coaching. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle mass, create good dietary habits, or have another nutritional goal, we are here to help you.
Nutrition coaching starts with a Nutrition Consultation for us to gain a deeper understanding of your goals and current habits. After the consultation, you will have the option to choose from our 2 coaching options: Lifestyle Nutrition Plan and Performance Nutrition Plan (see below to compare the 2 plans). Your consultation and any follow-up sessions can be completed either in-person or virtually.
All meal tracking, habits, and ongoing communication will be completed via our Outlast Programming app. Once you sign up for a nutrition plan, you’ll gain access to the app.
