Join USAW-Level 2 Coaches Wynter and Gwen Montgomery for a 6-week Weightlifting Technique Course at Outlast. This technique-focused course offers hands-on, practical instruction in the Olympic lifts—the snatch and the clean and jerk. The class emphasizes proper technique as the critical foundation for learning the Olympic lifts. This course is ideal for athletes new to the Olympic lifts. It is also great for experienced lifters and coaches to identify and correct bad habits and become more efficient in the lifts to improve speed and power.
