At Outlast Health and Performance, our mission is to help people get out of pain, take control of their health, and get back to doing the activities they love. We empower people to feel strong, resilient, and adaptable. We want to change the standards of physical therapy practice and fitness coaching.

Athletes + Active Lifestyle
As athletes ourselves, we are committed to getting you back to your peak performance quickly and safely. We specialize in treating fitness athletes (CrossFit, Orangetheory, boot camps, etc.), runners, golfers, and team sports athletes.
You may not identify as an athlete per say, but we can get you back to the active lifestyle you had before pain or limited mobility slowed you down. Using cutting-edge therapy, individualized plans, and collaboration with local coaches, we build stronger and more resilient bodies.

Pre-Operative + Post-Operative
We also specialize in pre- and post-operative physical therapy. This includes everything from arthroscopies to ACL reconstructions and joint replacements. We will work with you to safely heal, rehab, and get back to performing at your best.
Work with us before your surgery to build strength, get a clear understanding of what to expect, and improve your outcomes. Recover from surgery the right way to avoid future problems. We have a specific treatment package option tailored to the needs of our post-operative clients.
